Q: Is there any guarantee my software will be listed?
A: We just submit the software. We can not guarantee your software will be listed or not. Many sites approve the submission after they manually download and review the submitted software.

Q: So how do I know you have submitted my software to all sites?
A: You will receive automated submission email from many sites. Some sites don't send this automated email and in this case we send you screenshot of browser showing successful submission.

Q: I already have accounts on some archives. How do you handle this ?
A: If you plan to order standard package then you don't need to worry about this because in those packages there is no site require account login. But In our advanced submission package, there are many sites require account login to submit software. If you order advanced submission package then our submitters will ask you for your common login/password. They will use this info to login your existing account or to create new accounts for you in new sites. We always use your contact email, address so you need to forward email confirmations, responses resulting from registrations and submissions as we need much of the information contained in these emails to complete your submissions.

Q: How can I receive my logins and passwords after a submission cycle?
A: You will receive a complete report after the submission has been completed.

Q. Will my program get listed in the correct category?
A. Yes! We manually check each submission and choose the correct category for your software. Each site has a different category list to choose from.
